This road trip demonstrates how engineering has been the key in shaping pretty much every aspect of our daily lives. For example, technology such as the iPhone, and transportation like my car, have shaped society into a more advanced civilization. Engineering has positively impacted how we get from place to place with different vehicles. This also includes the infrastructure of roads and railways. Engineering has also innovated our communication and how we live and interact with our environment, such as buildings. Engineering in structures has further developed our society by making it more efficient and available for the people. This road trip has also demonstrated how engineering is advancing into more efficient automation, improved mass production, cost effective solutions, and being more eco-friendly. Overall, engineering can positively impact everyone including the environment and wildlife, by making life more efficient and enjoyable. With my engineering degree that I achieve one day, I wish to contribute to the field one day by helping on projects that can improve society or reduce costs for the better. I could also work on projects that further our technological advancements, or even create a new design or invention. I am currently majoring in Electrical Engineering at MCC, and I am working towards an associate degree or bachelor's degree in the future. Something that I learned about my field is that electrical engineering isn't just about working with circuits and math. Electrical engineering also includes team management, working with other people on projects, data analysis, working with software, and many other elements.
